I grew up right here in St. Petersburg, creating art from a very young age. I saw my first tattoo at age six. It was on a friend’s cousin that had just gotten home from the military. It wasn’t until after I graduated college and gave it my all as an illustrator that I became a tattooer. I went through every art program I could. I graduated from a magnet program for the visual arts from Pinellas County Center for the Arts. I went on to get my Bachelor of Fine Arts in Illustration from the Ringling College of Art and Design. I wanted to be able to do art all the time. I began to see tattoos on my friends in college and it inspired me to get tattooed and eventually start an apprenticeship to learn the trade. As a tattooer, I Try to push the boundaries but stick to the fundimentals and foundation of tattooing. My goal is to make a tattoo that looks good for the rest of your life. My favorite styles of tattooing include black and grey realism, Japanese and American Traditional.
